I’m a software engineer based in Portland, OR with a passion for learning. I write about things I want to think through. The blog serves to force me to refine my thoughts on a topic until it is publishable.

At work, I am a backend software engineer working with Postgres, Snowflake, and DuckDB. Outside of work I help maintain Clojure components in the OpenVoxProject. When I’m not at a keyboard I’m probably biking, reading, or in the sauna.
